I noticed there was a column selection called 'Document Security' under the Document Columns options, what information does this provide? When I select this column I always seem to get empty values no matter what I scan.


The document security is a numeric field valid only for Microsoft Office documents and is specified as follows:
22.2.2.7 DocSecurity (Document Security)
This metadata element specifies the security level of a document as a numeric value.
1 Document is password protected.
2 Document is recommended to be opened as read-only.
4 Document is enforced to be opened as read-only.
8 Document is locked for annotation.
